Diamond shaped blades cut, clean & remove cuttings from the bore hole exerting high turbulence & providing above normal fluid flow passages
- Greatly enhances well bore cleaning.
- Reduces downhole torque.
- Helps to prevent differential sticking.
- Blades "DO NOT DRILL" into well bore.
- Blades "NEVER" make contact with casing wall.
- High turbulance removes & clears cuttings.
- Maintains excellent stabilization.
- Retains high flexibility.
- Low maintenance costs.
- Available in all standard sizes.
Diamond Blade removes the build up of drilled cuttings that tend to form on the low side of the well bore in both deviated and vertical wells. The Diamond shaped blade profile, creates extremely high turbulance during the drilling or reaming operation, both from pumping of the drill fluid and rotating of the drill string.
At no time do the Diamond Blades come into contact with the well bore wall, other than passing through under-gauge hole sections, thus preventing any increase in drilling torque. This also ensures that the blades never contact the casing wall.
The careful design of the Diamond Blade pipe ensures that good stabilization is maintained, along with good flexibility. By strategically selecting the positioning of the Diamond Blade pipe in the drill string, it can greatly reduce the potential for differential sticking.
